Leeds-based digital experience and performance agency Twentysix has recently appointed three senior hires. New head of data science Maria Thorpe is joining from the Department of Education and will be working on bringing clients the latest data strategy through AI and machine learning. New head of SEO Sebastian Dziubek and head of PR communications Abby White have both worked with high-profile brands such as Office Shoes, Asda and Maryland.

Twentysix also recently hired Adam Powers as its new chief experience officer. In the last two decades, Powers has worked as chief experience officer at global agencies BBH and Tribal DDB and at BBC as head of user experience and design.

Type Directors Club managing director Ksenya Samarskaya has been accepted for a membership by Alliance Graphique Internationale (AGI). AGI is member-based community of international graphic and communications designers and has only 507 members worldwide.

Creative UK has announced five new board members: H + K Strategies managing director Tanya Josephs; chair of Edinburgh’s Lyceum Theatre Tari Lang; Strategic Partnership Solutions Ltd partner Mervyn Lyn; Campaign editor-in-chief Gideon Spanier; and ASOS design and visual director Vanessa Spence. Each new board member will serve a term of three years and will operate in an advisory capacity to discuss, decide and approve decisions.

After a seven-year stint at Afterhours studio, its former creative partner Moyra Casey has launched her own solo brand design studio called Mid-air.

Deloitte Digital has appointed Megan Fath as its U.S. chief design officer. She hopes to bring human-centred approaches to business transformation by using creativity and design thinking to produce new growth opportunities, while also embracing more technologies and processes.

After running her own strategy consultancy for the past two years, Meg Asaro has joined Vault49 as its first head of strategy. Asaro will be based in the New York studio but also oversee the studio’s London clients.

Employee-owned creative communications consultancy Emperor and Bristol-based collective of creative agencies Istoria Group have achieved B-Corp status.

Luxury interior design studio Rive Gauche has announced plans to expand its team by summer 2023. The London-based studio aims to make seven new hires to work on various upcoming projects, from five-star hotels to branded developments.
