Web Development

Website Development in Saudi Arabia: Fast, Arabic-First Websites That Turn Visitors Into Enquiries

We design and build fast, mobile-first websites and online stores in Arabic and English for Saudi businesses. You own the domain, the hosting and the files, the site is built to be found on Google, and it is measured by enquiries, WhatsApp chats and sales, not by how it looks on launch day.

The Short Answer

What Website Development Is, and What It Is Not

Website development is building the working site your customers use: the pages, the Arabic and English versions, the forms, the speed, the security and the tools that tell you what visitors do. Design decides how the site looks and feels. Development makes it load quickly, work on every phone, rank on search engines and stay safe.

It is not a template with your logo on it. A site can look excellent and still be slow, hard to find, awkward in Arabic or impossible to update without calling the developer. We plan from the customer’s question, the page that answers it and the action you want them to take, and then build the site that supports that path.

A website also works best with your other channels: SEO brings people who are already searching, paid advertising and social media send new visitors, and a clear brand identity makes the site feel like one business.

Plain Language

Web Design, Hosting, CMS and More: What the Terms Mean

Quotes are full of technical words. Here is what each one means for you.

TermWhat it means
Web designHow the site looks and how visitors move through it: layout, colours, fonts, images and page flow.
Web developmentBuilding the site so it works: code, content system, forms, speed, security, integrations and search-friendly structure.
CMS (content management system)The dashboard where you edit pages, products and posts yourself, such as WordPress.
DomainYour web address, for example yourbusiness.com or yourbusiness.com.sa. You rent it yearly and it should be registered in your name.
HostingThe server that stores your site and sends it to visitors. Its quality affects speed and reliability.
SSL certificateThe padlock and https that encrypt data between the visitor and your site.
Responsive designOne site that adjusts to phones, tablets and computers instead of needing separate versions.
RTLRight-to-left layout for Arabic, where menus, icons, forms and spacing are mirrored, not just the text.
Staging siteA private copy where changes are tested and approved before they go live.
Core Web VitalsGoogle's measures of how fast a page loads, how quickly it responds and how stable it is while loading.

Why It Matters

Your Customers Meet Your Business on a Phone First

In Saudi Arabia nearly everyone is online, so your website is the first impression and the place where every other channel lands.

34.4MInternet users in Saudi Arabia, October 2025
99%Internet penetration of the population, capped at 99% by the report's method
48.7MCellular mobile connections, about 140% of the population

Source: DataReportal, Digital 2026 Saudi Arabia. Mobile connections can include voice-only and SMS-only plans, so the figure is not the same as people with mobile internet.

What this means for a website is practical: it must load quickly on a mobile connection, read well on a small Arabic screen, and make the next step, a call, a WhatsApp chat or a booking, one tap away. A site designed on a large monitor and checked on a phone afterwards usually fails at exactly those points.

Choose by Need

Which Type of Website Do You Actually Need?

Many businesses ask for a full website when a focused landing page or a simple store would serve them better.

Company website

Explains who you are, what you offer and how to reach you, with service pages, proof of your work and a clear contact path.

Landing page

One page with one goal, built for an advert or a campaign, with a single clear action and tracking from the first visit.

Online store

Products, cart, payment, delivery and order emails, with the information Saudi e-commerce rules expect you to show.

Booking and service website

Appointment or quote requests, WhatsApp, maps and reviews, for clinics, salons, contractors and other local services.

Portal or web application

Logins, dashboards, customer or staff areas and custom rules that an ordinary site cannot handle.

Content and resource website

Articles, guides, directories and resources that build authority and bring in search traffic over time.

If you are not sure, tell us what a visitor should do after reading, such as call, book, buy or request a quote. We will recommend the smallest site that makes that easy, and we are happy to start small and grow it.

Platform Choice

WordPress, Store Platforms or Custom Code: How to Choose

The best platform is the one that fits your goal and your team, not the one an agency happens to sell.

OptionBest forStrengthsLimits
WordPressCompany sites, content, bilingual sites and flexible storesYou own the site, huge ecosystem, full control of SEO and design, easy for your team to editNeeds updates, backups and security care, and quality depends on how it is built
Saudi store platforms such as Salla or ZidA simple online store that must launch quicklyStore tools, payments and shipping options built in, fast setupYou rent rather than own, less design freedom, monthly plans and fees that change, so check the platform's current terms
Shopify and similar global store platformsStores that sell across bordersMature store features and a large app marketMonthly plan, app and transaction costs, and Arabic layout and local payment options depend on the theme and apps you add
Custom codeWeb applications, portals and unusual rulesBuilt exactly for your process and able to scaleHigher cost, longer build, and you depend on documentation and the developers
Website builders such as Wix or SquarespaceA very small site or a quick testQuick to start with no developerLess control over speed and technical SEO, and moving away later can be hard

For scale: W3Techs reports that WordPress is used by 40.1% of all websites and holds 58.6% of the market among sites whose content system is known (8 October 2026).

We build mostly on WordPress because it gives you ownership, flexibility and strong search control. If a simple store on a Saudi platform or a custom application is the better answer for you, we will say so, and we scope custom development separately and in writing.

Web Design

Web Design Is Part of Development Here: How We Design for Visitors

We do not treat design and development as separate jobs. A site that looks good but is slow, unclear or hard to use in Arabic does not do its job.

Clear structure

Visitors should know where they are, what you offer and what to do next within a few seconds. We plan pages and menus around the questions customers ask.

Mobile first

We design the phone screen first, then widen it, so buttons are easy to tap and text is readable without zooming.

Readable Arabic and English

Fonts, sizes and line spacing are chosen for both scripts, and layouts are mirrored properly for right-to-left reading.

Accessible colour and contrast

Text must stand out from its background so people with weaker eyesight, or a bright screen outdoors, can read it.

One consistent brand

Colours, images and tone follow your brand identity, so the website feels like the same business as your signs and social media.

Obvious next steps

Calls, WhatsApp chats and forms appear where a visitor is ready to act, in a clear colour, without hiding behind small links.

What we test before launch

Already Have a Design?

If a designer has already prepared your layouts, we can build them as they are and tell you early if something will not work on a phone or in Arabic. If you need the identity first, see our branding and graphic design service.

Arabic and English

Arabic-First Websites, Not Arabic Added at the End

Many Saudi customers will use the Arabic version first, so we design it as a main version, not as a copy.

A layout that is truly mirrored

Menus, icons, arrows, forms and spacing flip for Arabic. A site that only aligns the text to the right still feels broken.

Arabic typography that reads well

Fonts chosen for Arabic, with line height and weight that stay readable on a small phone, loaded in a way that does not slow the page.

Arabic written, not machine-translated

Arabic copy is written for Saudi readers in a polite, professional tone, with the same depth as the English, not pasted from a translation tool.

Search in Arabic, English and both

People search in Arabic, in English and in a mix of both. We research the words your customers really use before we name pages and headings.

Forms that fit Saudi habits

Names in Arabic or English, Saudi mobile numbers, clear error messages in both languages and buttons that are easy to tap.

Language versions Google understands

Each Arabic page links to its English twin and the other way round, so Google can show the right language to the right person.

Google’s guidance for multilingual sites asks that every language version links to itself and to the other versions, and that each page links back in return. See Google Search Central, localized versions.

Speed

Fast on a Phone: Core Web Vitals in Plain Language

Google measures three things about a page. These are the levels it calls good.

2.5sLargest Contentful Paint (LCP): the main content appears within 2.5 seconds
200msInteraction to Next Paint (INP): the page responds within 200 milliseconds
0.1Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS): the layout stays stable, with a score of 0.1 or less

These are the “good” thresholds measured at the 75th percentile of page loads, separately for mobile and desktop (web.dev). Google recommends good Core Web Vitals for success in Search (Search Central).

What usually slows a site down

What we do about it

We do not promise a perfect score, because it also depends on your content and on third-party tools such as chat widgets and ad pixels. We measure before launch, fix what is within our control and explain what is not.

Built to Be Found

A Website That Search Engines Can Understand From Day One

Launching a good site and fixing its search structure later is slower and costs more than building it properly the first time.

Clean structure and URLs

Logical pages, readable web addresses and one clear heading structure per page, so people and search engines understand where they are.

The same content on mobile

Google indexes the mobile version, so the phone page carries the same main content, headings and details as the computer page.

Titles, descriptions and schema

Page titles, descriptions and structured data for businesses, FAQs, products and breadcrumbs where they apply.

Sitemap and indexing

An XML sitemap, correct robots rules and Search Console set up, so Google can find and index the pages that matter.

Internal links

Pages link to each other in the way a customer would naturally move, which also helps search engines understand their importance.

Redirects that protect rankings

When addresses change, old pages point to the new ones with permanent redirects, so visitors and Google arrive in the right place.

Google says mobile-first indexing means it uses the mobile version of a site for indexing and ranking, and advises keeping the same main content, headings, structured data and metadata on mobile (Search Central).

Technical structure is the foundation, and ranking also depends on content, links and competition. For ongoing work on those, see our SEO service.

Integrations

Connect the Website to the Way You Already Work

A website that cannot pass an enquiry to your team quickly is a brochure.

WhatsApp

Click-to-chat buttons that open a ready message, with each click counted so you know which pages bring chats.

Forms and email

Enquiry forms with spam protection, instant notifications to the right person and a confirmation to the visitor.

CRM and lead tracking

Enquiries sent to your CRM or a shared sheet, so follow-up does not depend on someone checking an inbox.

Booking and quotes

Appointment booking, quote requests and reminders for clinics, studios, contractors and service businesses.

Payments

Payment gateways chosen for your business and tested end to end, from the cart to the confirmation message.

Maps and Google Business Profile

Your address, hours and directions on the site, matching your Google Business Profile exactly.

Analytics and tag manager

Google Analytics, Tag Manager and Search Console connected, with events for calls, chats, forms and sales.

Live chat and reviews

Chat tools and review displays added carefully, so they build trust without slowing the page.

E-Commerce

Online Stores Built for Saudi Customers

The store has to be easy to buy from and also correct about the details the rules expect you to show.

Payment methods

Saudi shoppers commonly expect options such as mada, Apple Pay, STC Pay and SADAD. What is available depends on the gateway you contract, so we ask about fees, settlement time and approval first.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery options, cities, costs and expected times shown before payment, with the carrier connected where the platform allows it.

Prices, VAT and invoices

Prices shown clearly with the total, including VAT and delivery, and invoices and order emails that match what the customer bought.

Returns and policies

Written return, exchange, refund and delivery policies placed where a customer sees them before ordering.

Product pages that sell

Clear photos, honest descriptions, sizes, availability and reviews, in Arabic and English with the same quality.

A checkout with fewer steps

Guest checkout, saved details, address fields that fit Saudi addresses and error messages that tell the customer how to fix a problem.

Saudi marketplaces and store platforms can be the right place to sell, and a website does not replace them. A site you own gives you your own brand, customer list and search traffic, so many sellers use both.

Rules

Saudi Rules Your Website Has to Respect

Most agencies skip this part, but it protects your business from fines and lost customers. This overview is practical, not legal advice.

Personal data (PDPL)

Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law became fully enforceable on 14 September 2024, and for direct marketing it requires prior opt-in and an easy opt-out (CMS). A website collects personal data through forms, chats, cookies and orders, so it needs a clear privacy notice, only the fields it truly needs, and honest consent choices.

E-commerce law

A law firm's summary of the Saudi E-Commerce Law says online sellers must show their name, address, contact details and commercial registration number where applicable, state the total price including fees, taxes and delivery, and allow cancellation within seven days of delivery in the cases the law covers. Penalties can include blocking a store and fines of up to SAR 1,000,000 (Al Tamimi). Please confirm the current text with the Ministry of Commerce or your lawyer.

Saudi domain names

SaudiNIC's rules say .com.sa is for commercial entities with a valid commercial registration or an equivalent, and that the administrative contact must be based in Saudi Arabia. SaudiNIC can ask for documents at any time, so keep the registration details accurate (SaudiNIC).

Accessibility

WCAG is the W3C's standard for making sites usable by people with disabilities, and many accessibility laws refer to it. We aim for level AA: enough colour contrast, keyboard access, clear headings and labelled forms (WCAG overview). It also helps every visitor on a small screen or in bright sunlight.

Ownership

What You Should Own When the Website Goes Live

Almost no competitor explains this, yet it is the question that decides whether you can ever change agency.

What you should ownWhat it meansAsk your agency
Domain nameRegistered in your business name, with renewal emails coming to youWho is the registrant?
Hosting accountIn your name, or in an account you can leave with a full copy of the siteCan I move the site to another host?
Site files and databaseA complete backup handed over at launchWill I receive a full backup?
Administrator loginYour own administrator account, while the agency uses a named user that can be removedWill I be an administrator?
Design files, fonts and imagesClear licences, so you are allowed to keep using themAre all fonts and images licensed?
Themes and pluginsGenuine licences, with renewals shown in the quoteWhich paid plugins are used, and who renews them?
Analytics and Search ConsoleAccounts created under your Google login, with the agency added as a userWho is the owner of the analytics account?
Handover documentWhat was built, where everything lives, how to update it and who to callWill I get a handover document?

We register the domain and hosting in your name, give you administrator access and hand over a full copy when the site goes live. If you already have a domain or hosting, we work inside your accounts. A good agency should be easy to leave, and it is the reason clients stay by choice.

Security and Care

Keeping the Site Safe and Working After Launch

A website is not finished at launch. Without care, it slowly becomes slower, older and easier to attack.

Encryption

An SSL certificate on every page, so visitors see the padlock and their data is encrypted in transit.

Updates

The platform, theme and plugins are updated on a schedule, because old versions are a common way sites get attacked.

Backups

Regular backups stored away from the server, with a test that a copy can actually be restored.

Firewall and bot protection

A firewall and content delivery network that filter malicious traffic and spam before it reaches your site.

Safer logins

Strong passwords, two-step verification where possible and only the administrator accounts that are really needed.

Monitoring

Alerts if the site goes down, and regular tests that forms, checkout and WhatsApp buttons still work.

We offer care plans with a written list of what is covered, how fast we respond and what a small change costs. Pick a plan you will actually use, or take the site in-house with the handover document.

Measurement

A Website You Can Measure From the First Day

Launching without tracking is guessing. We set up the numbers before the site goes live.

Calls

Taps on your phone number from mobile, counted so you know which pages bring calls.

WhatsApp chats

Every click on a WhatsApp button recorded with the page it came from.

Form enquiries

Submitted forms counted as conversions, with a test message before launch.

Purchases

For stores, orders and revenue connected to the channel that brought the customer.

Traffic sources

Search, ads, social and direct visits separated, so you can judge each channel fairly.

Search visibility

Search Console shows which searches show your site and which pages Google has indexed.

Tracking is set up in line with the consent choices you offer visitors, and the accounts belong to you. With these numbers in place, your SEO, advertising and social media work can be judged by the same results.

Pricing

What Does a Website Cost in Saudi Arabia, and How to Compare Quotes

Prices in the market range from a few thousand riyals to six figures because the work ranges just as widely. Compare what is delivered, not the headline number.

What drives the price

What a good quote should list

What Published Prices Say, and Why They Disagree

SourceWhat it publishesHow to read it
Apptunix, guide published in 2026Freelancers SAR 3,000 to 25,000, companies SAR 15,000 to 150,000 and above, and SAR 10,000 to 120,000 and above for Dammam and the Eastern ProvinceIts own estimates, with no outside source, and the same article gives a SAR 30,000 minimum elsewhere
Studyshoot, Arabic price guideA professional online store in Saudi Arabia from SAR 5,000 to 30,000Most other figures in the guide are in US dollars and there are no worked examples
Aun Digital, agency pageBasic websites from SAR 5,000 and custom platforms from SAR 150,000, with standard sites in 3 to 6 weeksA very wide range with no list of what each level includes
Intrazero, agency blogCorporate websites from 3,000 US dollarsA starting price only, and the final cost depends on scope

Sources: Apptunix (Saudi cost guide), Studyshoot (Arabic price guide), Aun Digital (agency page) and Intrazero (agency blog). These are the companies’ own published figures, not independent surveys, and they may have changed.

The point of this table is not to give you a price. It shows that ranges overlap and contradict each other, because a basic five-page site and a custom platform are different products. That is why we give a written, itemised quote after a short conversation about your goals, and we do not publish a fixed price list.

Agency, Freelancer, Template or In-House: How to Choose

OptionBest forWatch out for
AgencyA site that needs design, writing, development, SEO and tracking working together, with a team behind itCost is higher than one freelancer and the quote must list what is included
FreelancerA smaller, well-defined site with a tight budgetOne person covers every skill, and support depends on their availability
Template or website builderA very simple site or a quick testLimited design, speed and search control, and it can be hard to move later

Many clients keep their own team for daily content and use us for the build, the technical care and the search and tracking setup.

How It Works

Our Website Development Process, Step by Step

You see the plan, a private preview and the test results before anything goes live.

01

Discovery and plan

Week 1

Your goals, customers, competitors, current site and what a visitor should do, written into a plan and a quote.

02

Structure and content

Week 1 to 2

The page map, wireframes and the words for each page, in Arabic and English, before any design is polished.

03

Design

Week 2 to 3

Mobile and Arabic first, in your brand style, shown on a private link for your approval.

04

Build and connect

Week 3 to 5

Development on a staging site, with forms, WhatsApp, payments and tracking connected.

05

Test

Week 5 to 6

Phones, browsers, speed, forms, checkout, links and both languages, then your final review.

06

Launch and care

Launch, then monthly

Go-live, redirects, Search Console, handover and the care plan you chose.

These weeks are typical for a focused company website once the content is ready. Your written plan sets the real dates, and larger stores, custom features and late content move them.

Working Together

What We Need From You to Launch on Time

Late content and slow approvals are the most common reasons websites run behind. A little preparation saves weeks.

Person

A decision maker

One person who can approve each stage within the agreed days.

Words

Content and facts

Services, prices, policies, team details and the questions customers ask you most.

Assets

Logos, photos and access

Brand files, real photos where you have them and access to domain, hosting and analytics.

Feedback

One clear round

Comments gathered in one place for each stage, so changes do not contradict each other.

Redesign and Migration

Redesign a Website Without Losing Your Google Rankings

A redesign should add customers, not remove the ones you already have.

List what you have

Every page, its visits and the search terms it already ranks for.

Map old to new

Each old address matched to its new page, so nothing is left pointing nowhere.

Keep what ranks

Pages that already bring visitors keep their strong content and headings, improved rather than rewritten from zero.

Set permanent redirects

Old addresses redirect to the new ones, so visitors and Google arrive in the right place.

Test before going live

The new site is checked on staging, including links, forms, speed and both languages.

Watch after launch

We check Search Console and your traffic for weeks afterwards and fix anything that slipped.

Temporary changes in traffic can still happen when a site is rebuilt, and we tell you what to expect. For the wider search picture, see our SEO service.

Industries

Every Business Needs a Different Kind of Website

The pages, proof and tools that matter change with how your customers decide.

Clinics and dental centres

Doctor profiles, treatment pages, booking, reviews shared with permission and careful claims, all in clear Arabic.

Real estate

Property and project pages, filters, lead forms and WhatsApp, with the license numbers the regulations require.

Restaurants and cafes

Menus that load fast, booking or ordering links, opening hours and a map that matches Google.

Industrial and contractor companies

Capability pages, certificates, project galleries and request-for-quote forms, in Arabic and English for local and international buyers.

Education and training

Course pages, registration, payment and clear schedules, with reminders to students and parents.

Retail and e-commerce

Product catalogues, checkout and delivery set up for Saudi customers and linked to your tracking.

Local

Website Development in Dammam and the Eastern Province

We are based in Dammam, so we can meet you, see your business and understand the customers you serve.

Businesses in Dammam, Khobar, Dhahran, Jubail, Qatif and Al-Ahsa often serve both local customers and industrial or corporate buyers, and they need a site that works in Arabic and English for both. We build with that mix in mind: clear service pages, proof of your work and the contact path each audience prefers.

A local site also needs consistent business details. Your address, hours and phone number should match your Google Business Profile exactly, because mismatches confuse customers and search engines alike.

Hiring Guide

Eight Red Flags When Hiring a Web Development Company

Use this list on us too. We would rather you ask hard questions before you sign.

A fixed price with no scope

If a quote does not list pages, features and revisions, the final bill and the final site will both surprise you.

Domain or hosting in the agency's name

It may be harmless, but it gives the agency control over whether and how you can leave.

No staging site or approval step

Changes made directly on your live site can break it in front of customers.

Cracked or nulled themes and plugins

Pirated software is a common route for malware and means you do not hold a valid licence.

Machine-translated Arabic or half-flipped layouts

If Arabic reads stiffly or the menu and forms stay left-aligned, your Arabic customers can tell.

No phone or speed testing

Ask to see the site on a real phone with a normal mobile connection before you approve it.

A promise of number one on Google

Nobody controls Google's rankings. A site can be built well for search, but no agency can guarantee a position.

No handover or a lock-in on changes

If you cannot get the files and a login, or every small edit requires the agency, you are renting your own website.

Fit

Who This Service Is For

We would rather tell you now if we are not the right match.

A good fit if you

Probably not a fit if you

If your brand identity still needs work, start with branding. Once the site is live, SEO brings people who are searching, paid advertising reaches new people quickly and social media builds trust.

FAQ

Questions Saudi Business Owners Ask About Website Development

There is no single price, because a five-page company site and a custom platform are different products. Published figures range from a few thousand riyals for a freelancer’s simple site to six figures for custom systems, and they often contradict each other. We give a written, itemised quote after a short call, so you can see exactly what each riyal buys.

A focused company website usually takes several weeks once the content is ready. Online stores, custom features and large migrations take longer. The biggest cause of delay is late content or slow approvals, so the written plan lists dates and what each date depends on.

Design decides how the site looks and how visitors move through it. Development builds it so it works: the code, the content system, forms, speed, security and integrations. You need both, and they should be planned together so the design can actually be built and stay fast.

Usually yes. Social accounts and Google profiles are on platforms you do not control, and the rules can change. A website gives you your own address, your full story and prices, a place to send ad traffic and data about what visitors do. The best results come from all of them working together.

You should. We register the domain and hosting in your business name, give you administrator access and hand over a full copy at launch, along with a short handover document. If you already have a domain or hosting, we work inside your accounts.

Yes. Arabic and English each have their own pages, a proper right-to-left layout for Arabic, and settings that tell Google how the two versions relate. We write both languages for the reader, and we do not paste in machine translation.

A Saudi store platform can be the right choice for a simple store that must launch quickly, because the basics are built in. WordPress suits you better if you want ownership, custom design, content and search control, or both a company site and a store. Platform fees and terms change, so check the current plans before you decide, and we will give you an honest recommendation.

Your logo and brand files, a list of services and prices, the questions customers ask you most, any photos you already have, and access to your domain, hosting and analytics if they exist. Do not worry if the writing is not ready, as we can help write it, but it is the part that most often sets the timeline.

Core Web Vitals are Google’s three measures of loading, responsiveness and visual stability. Google’s good levels are a main content load within 2.5 seconds, a response within 200 milliseconds and a layout shift of 0.1 or less, measured on real visits. We build for those levels and test on a mid-range phone, but we do not promise a score, because third-party tools can affect it.

Yes, if you want us to. We write Arabic for Saudi readers in a polite, professional tone and English with the same depth, and you approve every page. If you prefer to write it yourselves, we edit it and make it ready for search.

Every site we build gets the technical foundations of SEO: structure, speed, titles, schema, a sitemap and Search Console. Ranking also depends on content, links and competition, and nobody can guarantee a position. If you want ongoing work to grow visibility, that is our separate SEO service.

We plan the move before building: list your pages and what they rank for, map every old address to a new one, keep strong content, set permanent redirects, test on a staging site and watch Search Console after launch. Small temporary changes in traffic can still happen, and we tell you what to expect.

We connect the payment gateways that fit your business and test the full path from cart to confirmation. Which methods you can offer depends on the gateway you contract and its approval, so ask each provider about fees, settlement time and requirements, and we will help you compare.

A law firm’s summary says sellers must show their name, address, contact details and commercial registration number where applicable, state the total price including taxes, fees and delivery, and allow cancellation within seven days of delivery in the cases the law covers. We build those items into the store, but please confirm the current rules with the Ministry of Commerce or your lawyer.

If your website collects personal data, such as names and phone numbers in forms or orders, the law is relevant to you. We add a clear privacy notice, collect only the fields you need and keep marketing consent honest. A cookie banner alone is not the whole of compliance, and we are not lawyers, so for your specific case please take legal advice.

Both work. SaudiNIC’s rules say a .com.sa name is for commercial entities with a valid commercial registration or an equivalent, with an administrative contact based in Saudi Arabia. A .com is open to anyone and is familiar to customers. Whichever you choose, register it in your name, and we can register both and redirect one to the other.

Because they often describe different things: the number of pages, custom or template design, Arabic and English versions, a store, integrations, content, migration and what happens after launch. Ask each company to list exactly what is included and what is extra, then compare the lists before the totals.

Yes, and a good quote lists them: the domain renewed yearly, hosting, paid plugin or theme licences, payment gateway fees for stores, a care plan and any content, photography or video. None of them should be a surprise.

We check redirects, tracking and Search Console in the first days, hand over your files and logins, and watch for problems in the following weeks. After that, a care plan keeps the site updated, backed up and monitored, or you can take it in-house with the handover document.

Yes. We build on a content system where you can edit text, images, products and posts without code, and we show your team how to do it. We keep the design controlled, so everyday edits do not break the layout.

In layers: an SSL certificate, regular updates, backups kept away from the server, a firewall and content delivery network, safer logins and monitoring. No one can promise a site will never be attacked, so we also keep restorable backups and a plan for what to do if something happens.

Often yes. We start with an audit of speed, security, search structure and what you actually own, and then tell you whether fixing it or rebuilding it makes more sense. If the previous developer holds your domain or logins, we help you get them back first.

It depends on your goal and budget. A well-chosen template, modified to your brand, can be the sensible choice for a simple site. A custom design suits businesses that need a distinct look or special functions. We explain the difference in your quote, so you decide with the facts.

The number of revision rounds is written in your quote. We ask for comments to be gathered in one place for each stage, so changes do not contradict each other, and anything beyond the agreed rounds is priced before we start.

Yes. We set up events for taps on your phone number, clicks on WhatsApp buttons and submitted forms, with the source of each visit, in analytics accounts that belong to you. They cannot see what is said inside a WhatsApp chat, only that it started.

It depends on the traffic, the size of the site and whether it is a store. We recommend managed hosting with caching and a content delivery network, set up in your name, and we explain the monthly or yearly cost in the quote. Cheap shared hosting is usually the first thing to slow a site down.

We agree the goals first, then track calls, WhatsApp clicks, form enquiries and purchases, together with traffic sources and search visibility. You see the same numbers as we do, and they belong to your accounts.

Yes, ask us for examples close to your industry. We share them when the client has agreed, and we are happy to explain what was done and why.

Our focus is websites, online stores and web applications. If you are considering an app, tell us what it must do. A well-built mobile website or web application often covers the need, and we will say honestly if you need a different specialist.

Send us a message on WhatsApp or request a quote. Tell us about your business, your customers and your goals, and we will reply with questions, a recommended type of site and a written quote.
